Sikhwal Multi Services Pvt. Ltd. is committed to delivering seamless and secure transactions. This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services accessed via our platform.

No Refunds for Successful Transactions

Once a transaction is successfully processed (AEPS, DMT, recharge, bill payment, etc.), it is non-refundable.

Failed Transactions

If a transaction fails but the amount is deducted from your account:

  • The amount will be auto-refunded to your original payment source within 5-7 working days.
  • If the refund is not received, please contact our support team with proof of the transaction.

Duplicate Transactions

If you are charged more than once for the same service:

  • Contact us with proof, and we will validate and initiate a refund.

Cancellation Policy

  • Recharge and financial services cannot be canceled once initiated.
  • For PAN or government-related services, cancellation is not allowed once data is submitted.
Dispute Resolution

All refund or transaction disputes must be raised within 7 days of the transaction date. Beyond this period, Sikhwal Multi Services Pvt. Ltd. holds no liability.
